Responsibilities:
- This role includes hiring VFX / Post-Production crew and Support / Leadership staff by posting job adverts, contacting and responding to candidates, and setting up interviews with the Head of Departments.
- It will also include administrative tasks (sending letters – promotions, etc.), onboarding (sending offers and contracts) and off-boarding, managing employee benefits, processing payroll, managing the People HR Portal, and advising management on employee relations and management issues.
- You will also create, implement, and administer employee policies and procedures.
