Job Opening: Producer
Location: Milton – Remote
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects both external and internal stay within budget and on schedule.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact.
- Help to suggest and implement new workflows and processes that will help the growing team.
- Track project progress, address risks, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Communicate with senior management about project progress and quality.
- Focused on getting things done, while helping to find solutions, able to navigate change and adjust direction when necessary, while aligning with our client’s needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Great communication skills, while being approachable and friendly.
- Self-motivated, with a team player mentality.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- At least 3+ years working in a production role in the video game industry.
- In-depth understanding of games and art production pipeline.
- UK or Europe timezone.
- Willingness to travel to events if needed.
