Job Opening: Associate Producer
Location: Truro, Cornwall
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Support our development team as a key interdisciplinary point of contact for communication.
- Assist with administrative production tasks as required.
- Support with the implementation and execution of documentation within the department
- Attend/support and conduct stand-ups.
- Support team members to clear blockers and facilitate best performance from developers.
- Use research and competitive analysis to inform and improve pipeline and process.
- Comfortable in the use of JIRA and other tracking tools as appropriate.
- Other ad-hoc production-related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- You have a real passion for people and the games industry
- You are a team player, with a positive, can-do mindset
- You are comfortable working with diverse personalities.
- You possess a solid understanding of MS Office Suite, specifically word and Excel. Understanding of Google Docs suite.
- You can work autonomously when required and are proactive in ensuring that you have what you need to get tasks done by communicating; particularly in giving, receiving, and actioning feedback.
- You are highly organized, calm and have a great ability to exercise good judgment.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a good understanding of the game development process.
- You have a good understanding of Agile with Scrum.
