- Proven work experience as a Assistant Manager HR / Sr.HR Executive or similar role in media and entertainment industry.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS).
- Solid understanding of labour legislation.
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations.
