Job Opening: Junior Producer
Location: Bankside, London, UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients in day-to-day strategy, project planning, proactive opportunity identification, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Developing and managing budgets alongside Head of Production which includes – estimates, SOW, proposals, work plans, schedules, and project status updates. Create recap notes, presentations, and other documentation as necessary.
- Coordinating and leading ongoing client and internal meetings.
- Manage projects and lead the full project cycle of conception through design, execution, and delivery.
- Evaluating internal client presentations to ensure all work is anchored in client goals.
- Generating “lessons learned” and cost reports upon completion of projects to learn and optimize future workflow.
- Consistently developing and researching new production tools.
- Checking availability of key freelancers & maintaining associated database as well as actively seeking out new talent to add to it.
- Managing freelancer contracts and NDAs on your projects.
- Managing Sparks Sessions and internal projects and liaising with marketing on those releases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Pro-active self-starter with a focused attention to detail.
- Excellent self-organization and time management; can cope with a number of sometimes conflicting tasks at the same time.
- Great communication skills.
- Passionate about the creative industry and animation in particular; tenacious in doing the best job for the client.
- A true team player – helpful, friendly, resourceful.
- Highly motivated to help foster a collaborative, creative environment.
- Can-do attitude – solution-oriented, not problem-focused.
- Prepared to sometimes work more than standard hours at short notice to get the job done.
