Job Opening: AI – Research & Development
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Map workflows, identify bottlenecks & AI intervention points
- Rapidly prototype AI PoCs (image auto-pathing, cleanup, QA, etc.)
- Evaluate & benchmark GenAI tools (RunwayML, Leonardo, Stability, etc.)
- Study industry trends & competitor tools
- Build internal AI use-case libraries & run enablement workshops
- Collaborate across Production, HR, A/C & Marketing teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with Photoshop scripting, CGI, GenAI models, or 3D tools
- Strong Python & prototyping skills (HuggingFace, etc.)
- Proven ability to demo, test, and deploy simple AI solutions
- Excellent communication across creative & tech functions
- Passion for emerging AI (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion) in production workflows
