Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience.
- Exceptional drawing, sketching, and painting skills with a strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in digital art software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, ZBrush, Blender, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of animation principles and how they apply to character design.
- Ability to work in various art styles and adapt to project-specific aesthetics.
