Job Opening: Senior FX TD
Location: Forest, Belgium
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- As a senior FX TD, you will work closely with the fx supervisor in planning complex and/or technically demanding shots, prior to their production, help fx artists in their daily work, as well as troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- A deep understanding of Houdini, as well as the CG processes, is mandatory.
- You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining in-house tools for Houdini.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5+ years experience working within a CG Animation Feature production pipeline.
- Expert level in Houdini and Maya.
- High vex / python.
- Familiarity with working in a Linux environment.
- Excellent communication skills. (Good spoken and written English and/or French)
- Ability to work with filmmakers/studios in relevant environments.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent job experience.
