Job Opening: Talent Sourcer/Recruiter
Location: Prague, Czech Republic

Responsibilities:
- Clarification of profiles of wanted candidates with our hiring managers
- Active search for candidates on social networks
- Building relationships with candidates and addressing them
- Preselection and prescreening of candidates
- Organization of calls, interviews and meetings of candidates and managers
Qualifications & Skills:
- You have an idea of the recruitment and selection process
- You enjoy finding and hunting candidates on social networks
- Do you know the principles of searching on LinkedIn and Google (at least Boolean operators)
- You are oriented in the recruitment of IT and game developers
- It is your spoken and written English at least at level B2
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- We will be able to count on your responsibility
- It motivates you to achieve results
