Job Opening: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Noida, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for calling US based businesses, and clients
- Identifying business opportunities and target markets.
- Sales person should have worked previously in the field of 3D Animation, VFX, Movies Post Production.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and potential customers via telephone calls and emails
- Developing and following up on business leads.
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Closing new business deals by coordinating developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Should effectively do the follow-ups on visited and non-visited clients.
- Target achievements will play a big role here where if they are achieved on time awards and rewards would keep them smiling.
- Draft letters, emails and additional correspondence on behalf of the department and executive.
- Participate in weekly meetings, reviewing various projects at the various stages of development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 3 Years administrative skills, ideally within a network or off an agent desk/production company: knowledge of 3D animation and VFX Production
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Should be Fluent and smart in English, Hindi communication skills.
- Positive, confident and determined approach
- Organization skills and Time management experience as evidenced by current and past jobs.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional Demeanor and strong presentation skills is KEY!!
- Should be comfortable in travelling for business tours & Client Meeting.
- Expert problem solving skills are critical.
- Bachelor degree in relevant field.
- Passion for 3D Animation and live movies.
