Job Opening: FX Lead – VFX
Location: Hyderabad, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Design, create and implement high quality photo-real effects including Water, Fire, Smoke, Explosions, Clouds, Debris, and Magical.
- Understand and work within the studio/show structure / pipeline and guide the team members to adapt the flow.
- Work with TDs and Pipeline to improve FX processes
- Have to check on the output of the team and give creative, technical approvals.
- Follow the creative direction set by the production and communicated by the VFX Supervisor
- Stays current with latest technologies, methods, and workflows.
- Mentor artists and Provide feedback to your team as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Experience of 8 to 10yrs (with live action experience)
- Needs to know Maya (Fur, Golem, Bifrost, Fluids,Particle System,Phoenix FD,Krakatoa)
- Houdini, Max (Rayfire,Fume FX.Tyflow) & Real Flow ,Nuke (for Pre- Comp).
- Good Team player and mentor both.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in order to deliver on time and on budget
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
