Job Opening: Head of Game Design

Responsibilities:
- Help define and support project vision
- Envision the presentation package of a given product
- Lead XR’s design team to efficiently produce gameplay content
- Document and track projects as required
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven history in games design and development
- An in-depth understanding of the gaming industry
- An ability to engage in blue-sky creative thinking
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- High energy and a desire to achieve
- Must have shipped at least four titles
- Experience of development in VR / AR
