Responsibilities:
- Framestore is always looking for the best talent and as a result, the role will be varied and interesting.
- On a day to day basis you will be working on the whole recruitment lifecycle for specific teams within Framestore; from advertising and sourcing right through to the offer stage
- Reporting to the Recruitment Manager the team aspect of this role is crucial. We all work together to achieve long-term goals and projects so reporting back and updating each other is a key component of this role
- As a team we work closely with Crewing and HR to ensure the whole business is working together and providing a great experience for all our new and existing hires; our people are important to us
- You will be utilizing social networking, job boards, referrals, and our internal network to find the best talent in the industry to work on our exciting new projects
- Managing the candidate database and recruitment trackers and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Heads of Departments and Supervisors is crucial, alongside working hard to develop and build a network of contacts
- You will be reviewing resumes and demo reels with support from Heads of Department and Supervisors for assessment of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
- Pre-screening, interviewing, and feeding back to candidates are all important parts of managing the communication with the candidate along with conducting necessary background, salary verification, and offer negotiation
- Each team member is expected to provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company, our projects and position, and the offer being made to them
- It’s important to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Working under the supervision and direction of the Recruitment Manager, Head of Talent, and Managing Director and alongside various stakeholders including HR, department heads, supervisors, and leads
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of previous experience in recruitment in visual effects or CG environment
- A Bachelors/Masters degree in business administration, HR, or a similar subject
- Proficient with general MS Office and email applications
- Proactive, with a willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
- The internet plays a large part in our market research so being savvy and experienced in online databases, tracking and networking is a must
- Effective communicator at all levels and a good negotiator with the ability to build good relationships both internally and externally
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines with the ability to multitask
- Willingness to effectively participate as a full member of a team demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic approach
- Experience with ATS systems, online networking platforms, and off-line networking
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and pride and quality of output
- Customer-focused with the ability to deliver against expectations of management
- Able to work on own initiative
