Job Opening: VFX Producer
Location: Toronto, Canada
Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple VFX projects
- Bidding projects
- Tracking project finances
- Delivering projects on time and budget
- Manage resources of multiple creative departments
- Communication with client/agency/production company/editorial/etc
- QC’ing in house projects produced
- Manage shot lists, calendars, tracking documents, etc
- Working with your lead to ensure jobs deliver on time and within budget
- Maintaining and growing current client relationships
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-5 years of post-production experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized
- Multi-tasker capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects at a time
- Able to project confidence and control in a fast-paced stressful environment
- Knowledge of bidding/scheduling – ideally within CETA
- Knowledge offtrack/confluence/CETA
- Knowledge of production through post-production processes
- Hard work and dedication to the craft
- Understanding of 2D/3D/design pipelines and procedures
