Fractal Picture is hiring a Production Coordinator to join its creative production environment in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The role is suited for professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about CG, Animation, and VFX production.
The selected candidate will coordinate day-to-day production activities, track schedules and artist progress, manage reviews and feedback, and facilitate communication between Artists, Supervisors, Directors, and Clients.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
The Production Coordinator will support the smooth execution of CG, Animation, and VFX projects:
- Production Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day production activities and help ensure projects stay on track.
- Schedule & Task Tracking: Track schedules, tasks, and artist progress across production.
- Reviews & Feedback: Manage reviews, feedback, and production notes.
- File Transfers & Deliveries: Manage file transfers, deliveries, and production data.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between Artists, Supervisors, Directors, and Clients.
- Documentation: Maintain production trackers and documentation.
- Meetings & Presentations: Coordinate meetings, reviews, and presentations.
Required Knowledge & Skills

- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in production coordination or a related role.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of CG, Animation, and VFX production workflows.
