PotableMedia is expanding its core art team and launching immediate recruitment for a 2D Artist Intern. Founded in 2024 in Bengaluru, this early-stage game studio is actively developing its flagship titles across Mobile and Web platforms. Structured as a 3-month paid remote internship, this role offers an exceptional entry-level launchpad for aspiring game illustrators eager to gain hands-on experience in production-ready game art creation.
Selected interns will work remotely alongside studio founders and leads to design digital artwork, character concepts, and UI/environmental assets. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
The 2D artist intern will assist in creating digital art assets across several game development tracks:
- Game Art Asset Creation: Support the art team by illustrating 2D game assets, character sketches, environments, and promotional graphics for mobile and web titles.
- Color & Composition Work: Apply foundational color theory and composition principles to maintain aesthetic consistency across game screens and levels.
- Iterative Development: Refine rough concept sketches into clean 2D digital artwork based on creative feedback and game design requirements.
Required Software Knowledge & Skills
