ARR Motion Pictures is expanding its visual effects department and launching immediate recruitment across multiple production disciplines. The studio is looking to onboard talented VFX professionals to work on an exciting pipeline of feature films, episodic web series, and high-end commercial projects. Selected team members will step into active production workflows, working closely with supervisors and department leads to deliver pristine assets and shots under established project schedules. The studio values technical accuracy, creative dedication, and efficient teamwork across both artistic and organizational tracks.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Depending on your chosen specialization, responsibilities across the open roles include:

  • Compositing & Finishing: Seamlessly integrate live-action plates, 3D elements, matte paintings, and FX passes while maintaining color space, grain, and lighting consistency.
  • Prep & Roto Tasks: Execute clean plate generation, wire/rig removals, element reconstruction, and precise rotoscoping alpha mattes for downstream compositing teams.
  • Matchmove & Coordination: Solve camera tracks and object moves for 3D integration, or manage daily schedules, artist assignment logs, and shot delivery tracking as Production Coordinator.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Applicants must demonstrate relevant core competencies corresponding to their target position:

  • Artist Track: Strong, production-proven operational skills in industry-standard software depending on the role.
  • Production Track: Excellent organizational habits, clear communication skills, and familiarity with tracking spreadsheets or studio management tools.
  • General Attributes: Attention to detail, a strong eye for visual fidelity, and the ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced media pipeline.
