Growthflix is scaling up its production division and launching an immediate recruitment drive for an AI Video Editor or Producer. The studio is building an AI-first content production system dedicated to accelerating the digital footprint of industry founders and enterprise personal brands. This track is custom-built for new-age video editors who can seamlessly combine generative AI tools with high-end post-production workflows to deliver synthetic talking-head media assets that look completely human, organic, and realistic.
Selected producers will take complete ownership of scripts and raw founder assets to deploy cinematic, high-retention short-form clips. If you are obsessed with tracking modern visual technologies and want to work directly at the intersection of generative networks, social media engagement, and high-end brand storytelling, this role offers an active pipeline to scale up experimental workflows.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Artists will lead end-to-end media production across several core generative and editing tracks:
- AI Video Generation: Create hyper-realistic talking-head sequences and natural digital avatars directly from descriptive script blocks and foundational brand assets.
- Audio & Sync Tuning: Clone and enhance client voice structures responsibly, achieving perfect lip-syncing, facial micro-expressions, and natural motion continuity.
- Short-Form Engineering: Edit high-impact short-form clips optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, adding custom B-roll graphics, stylized captions, fluid transitions, and immersive sound design layers.
Required Technical Skills
Growthflix hires directly for practical execution skill rather than chronological years of experience:
- Core Post-Production: Strong traditional non-linear video editing skills with an exceptional understanding of timing, pacing, and retention hook structures.
- Generative Toolsets: Proven experience navigating AI video generators, voice-cloning software, and advanced lip-sync pipelines.
- Creative Horizon: A rigorous experimentation mindset with a deep focus on details to ensure synthetic elements appear completely authentic and human.
