Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Selected editors will manage narrative construction, asset modification, and timeline polishing across our digital content projects:
- Narrative Assembly & Continuity: Splice and structure synthetic media clips into coherent stories, actively fixing continuity errors, jump cuts, and environmental changes.
- Lip-Sync & Performance Tuning: Execute technical audio-to-video alignment, optimizing digital lip-sync generation to ensure character dialogue feels natural and well-paced.
- Timeline Refinement: Establish precise comedic or dramatic timing, managing audio tracks, background soundscapes, and pacing across short-form and long-form projects.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Candidates entering the selection pipeline must demonstrate strong workflow mastery and professional post-production standards:
- Core Editing Toolset: Master-level practical editing experience and workflow fluency inside Adobe Premiere Pro.
- AI Video Workflow Literacy: Comprehensive, practical understanding of working with video assets generated from platforms like Runway, Kling, and Luma.
- Editorial Instincts: A disciplined eye for details like lighting consistency, spatial awareness, and motion pacing across a digital timeline.
