This immersive talent incubation track is tailored for passionate, entry-level creators eager to deploy foundational assets across real-time rendering environments, video editing benches, and modern AI content pipelines.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Tracks
- Video Editing Execution: Support the post-production team in assembling raw footage, managing multi-cam assets, pacing digital media timelines, and handling localized delivery formats.
- 3D Asset Optimization & Generalization: Assist in real-time engine deployments, simple layout creation, environment asset placement, and data preparation within interactive environments.
- Generative AI & Asset Assembly: Assist senior visualizers in integrating modern creative AI components into traditional digital content workflows for commercial projects.
- Daily Post-Production Operations: Adhere to rigorous studio timelines, project organization protocols, and asset handoffs under the strict supervision of senior pipeline leads.
Required Software Knowledge & Skills
- Core Editing Toolset: Practical familiarity with editing suites like Adobe Premiere Pro and basic composting workflows inside Adobe After Effects.
- Real-Time Pipeline Foundations: Foundational, non-theoretical understanding of Epic Games Unreal Engine mechanics, real-time lighting basics, or 3D coordinate spaces.
- Operational Commitment: Absolute dedication to a full-time, 6-days-a-week studio work schedule to maximize technical development over the 3-month cycle.
