Zvky Design Studio is looking for a highly skilled 2D Lead Artist with a deep background in the slot and casino gaming sector to drive our visual development. As a lead, you will be responsible for the artistic soul of our games, overseeing everything from initial concepts to final production-ready assets. We are seeking a mentor and a visionary who can maintain rigorous style guides while collaborating across cross-functional design and development teams. Key Responsibilities & Leadership
- Lead the 2D art direction for slot games, managing the pipeline from conceptualization to final asset delivery.
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality symbols, UI elements, backgrounds, and characters.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides to ensure visual consistency across titles.
- Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and animation teams to ensure technical and creative alignment.
- Mentor and provide actionable feedback to a dedicated team of 2D artists.
Requirements & Technical Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in 2D art with proven leadership or team management experience.
- Domain Expertise: A strong portfolio specifically showcasing high-quality slot or casino game art.
- Software Mastery: Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Unity is considered a significant plus.
- Artistic Fundamentals: Solid mastery of composition, color theory, and lighting.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide creative vision.
