Modma Studios is looking for a visionary Studio Lead who can “run the room” and bridge the gaps between creative ambition and sharp delivery. We need a seasoned leader who doesn’t just oversee workflows but actively aligns teams, shapes strategic direction, and ensures execution holds up at every level of the pipeline. Executive Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Mentor and align multi-disciplinary teams to maintain high morale and output.
- Project Management: Oversee high-level scheduling and resource allocation to ensure ironclad delivery.
- Strategic Direction: Shape the creative and business roadmap of the studio.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between the studio, global clients, and key stakeholders.
- Studio Operations: Optimize internal processes, culture, and infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
- Business Growth: Drive initiatives that expand the studio’s footprint and market presence.
