Job Opening: CFX Lead (Character Effects Lead)

Viskefi is a studio dedicated to creating high-impact animation experiences. As our projects grow in scale and ambition, we are looking for a Senior CFX Lead who can spearhead our character effects department. This is a leadership role designed for an artist who can collaborate across departments, mentor junior talent, and consistently raise the bar for technical and aesthetic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the CFX department in developing high-quality cloth, hair, and skin simulations.
- Collaborate with Animation and Rigging leads to ensure seamless pipeline integration.
- Establish and refine CFX workflows to meet the demands of large-scale animation projects.
- Provide technical and creative mentorship to the CFX team.
- Ensure all character effects align with the project’s visual style and performance goals.
