Job Opening: UX/UI Designer – CRM & Email Communications
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Type: 12-Month Contract
We are actively hiring a UX/UI Designer to support the design and rollout of a new email communications framework across CRM and marketing channels. This role is focused on building a scalable, reusable infrastructure for an enterprise environment, rather than just one-off campaigns. You will work closely with CRM, digital engagement, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and high-level engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable email communications framework.
- Create reusable email components that align with a global design system.
- Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams to optimize lifecycle and marketing emails.
- Ensure all designs meet email UX best practices, including accessibility and cross-client compatibility.
- Work within Figma design systems and drag-and-drop email platforms to streamline production.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing for CRM, lifecycle, and marketing email channels.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience managing design systems.
- Deep understanding of email-specific UX, including responsiveness and deliverability constraints.
- Confidence working with drag-and-drop email builders and enterprise-level marketing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output corporate environment.
