Blitz is seeking a high-level Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join us on a contract basis. We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can bridge the gap between brand guidelines and high-performance ad creatives. This role requires a mix of technical mastery and the ability to mentor junior artists within a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Explore and generate innovative ad creative templates (both video and static) tailored to specific client brand guidelines.
- Analyze and utilize customer feedback to envision new templates that drive product improvement and engagement.
- Take ownership of projects and provide mentorship and guidance to junior or co-artists.
- Manage the end-to-end template creation and editing process to ensure high-quality delivery.
Software/Skills Required: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and the full Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory. Candidates must have extensive experience in motion graphics and template creation. Knowledge of Figma and modern AI creative tools is considered a significant bonus.
