Little Red Zombies is looking for an HR Associate to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and creative roles while supporting core HR operations. The role requires strong coordination, structured process management, and ownership of hiring activities. You will work closely with the HR Manager and are expected to demonstrate high accountability while driving the function effectively.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, conduct HR screening, and coordinate art tests and interviews.
- Recruitment Operations: Publish job postings, support hiring drives or campus recruitment, and coordinate stakeholder feedback.
- HR Operations: Maintain attendance dashboards, HR trackers, and documentation while supporting onboarding/offboarding.
- Statutory Compliance (Preferable): Assist with PF, ESI, PT documentation, and support basic statutory renewals.
Software/Skills Required: Candidates must have a strong understanding of recruitment practices and a high level of coordination. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets is essential. We value fast learners with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is mandatory, with experience in the Gaming or CG industry preferred.
