Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience.
- The ideal candidate should hold a degree in BFA/MFA, Animation, or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on traditional art skills.
- Proficiency in traditional arts, particularly figure drawing and illustration.
- Expertise in composition, layouts, and spacing.
- Solid grasp of form, color, lighting, composition, mechanics, and physics.
- The capability to adapt to various art styles.
- Strong skills in perspective, proportions, and design layout.
- Experience in creating backgrounds, assets, environments, icons, and characters for games.
- Ability to innovate and explore creative solutions.
- Proficiency in painting and understanding negative and positive spacing.
- Prior gaming experience is a must.
- Strong communication skills are highly valued.
