Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong grip on long-form storytelling (YouTube podcasts, interviews, etc.)
- Experience creating viral short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Ability to add contextual B-rolls, motion graphics, and punchy animations
- High attention to detail and deep understanding of pacing & narrative flow
- Proactive, takes ownership, and can work with minimal direction
