Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all live service-related tasks, such as owning builds and our live game incident process.
  • Plan and oversee our live releases, patches, bugfixes, new content releases, feature updates, and more.
  • Work regularly with internal and external community management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong connections to ensure the consistent and timely exchange of information and materials among all relevant parties.
  • Partner with all project teams to drive them to delivery.
  • Evaluate priorities, scope, staffing, and resources, and thoughtfully adjust business strategies to react to changing requirements.
  • Establish multiple roadmaps and high-level schedules for the product and franchise that take into account the game’s launch, as well as running successful post-launch services and events.
  • Champion, mentor, and manage the professional development of the production team and the project you are supporting directly.
  • Mitigate risks and take ownership of any unforeseen events as they arise.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Shipped at least one title as a Senior Producer or above, and has extensive knowledge of the full cycle of production.
  • Experience driving products remotely.
  • Experience with Live Service/Multiplayer Games.
  • Experience with managing other producers and their growth.
  • Experience with release management and submission processes/requirements.
  • Experience with monitoring and informing necessary changes to the game & experience with, and ability to use, in-game trends (using data insights/telemetry).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Strong sense of product management tool sets that can facilitate communication across many departments or teams, along with solid organizational skills and highly efficient time management.
  • Bonus if you are comfortable with Jira, Notion, Miro, Slack, and Discord.
  • Strong change management and conflict resolution skill set.
  • Adaptability, we expect this individual to be adaptable to the growing needs of this role and our first big game.
  • Experience using KPIs to set product success goals.
  • Experience working with development teams using Unreal 5. X.
  • Active Gamer, proficiency with multiplayer titles.
