Job Opening: 3D Texture Artist

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality textures for 3D models, including characters, props, environments, and weapons.
- Create realistic, stylized, and procedural textures using Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Photoshop, and other industry tools.
- Implement PBR (Physically Based Rendering) workflows to ensure high-quality visuals in-game.
- Optimize textures for performance without compromising quality.
- Work closely with 3D artists and game designers to maintain consistency in visual aesthetics.
- Utilize AI-powered texturing tools to speed up production and improve asset quality.
- Collaborate with technical artists and developers to ensure seamless integration of textures in the game engine.
- Stay updated on the latest texturing techniques, industry trends, and software advancements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a 3D Texture Artist in the gaming industry.
- Proficiency in Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Photoshop, ZBrush, or other texturing software.
- Strong understanding of PBR texturing workflows and material creation.
- Experience with game engines like Unity 3D or Unreal Engine.
- Ability to create realistic and stylized textures while maintaining a cohesive art style.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for texturing and material generation.
- Strong UV mapping and baking skills for normal maps, AO, and other texture maps.
- Understanding of shader creation and material setups in game engines.
- Experience with procedural texturing techniques.
- Knowledge of node-based material creation workflows.
- Ability to create custom shaders for advanced material effects.
- Understanding of optimization techniques for real-time game assets.
- Passion for creating immersive and visually stunning game environments.
