Job Opening: Lighting Artist – Senior
Location: Liège, Belgium
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Work in direct collaboration with technical teams under the supervision of the supervisor.
- Responsible for the lighting of a feature film while respecting its artistic direction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the animation and visual effects industry.
- Experience with Maya and Arnold.
- Able to meet deadlines based on quality and style expectations.
- Ability to work independently and rigorously.
- Ability to take direction and implement instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and sense of aesthetics.
- Knowledge and experience in lighting and rendering.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of Python.
- Redshift knowledge.
- Effective communication skills, with a willingness to provide guidance to lighters.
- Good understanding of color spaces and experience with color pipelines using ACES/OCIO.
