Job Opening: Roto/Prep Lead

Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead the roto and prep department, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to roto and prep tasks
- Review internal roto and prep shots
- Contribute to the show-wide pipeline challenges
- Collaborate closely with compositors and VFX supervisors to understand project requirements
- Maintain a close relationship with Production and be the point person for both Production and Supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Significant experience in roto and prep within a VFX studio environment
- Proficiency in software such as Nuke and Mocha
- Strong understanding of compositing workflows and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work methodically
- Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior artists
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
