Job Opening: 3D Motion Graphics Artist (Junior, Mid & Senior Level)

Responsibilities:
- Composite and integrate FX elements like muzzle flashes, rain, smoke, and blood into scenes, ensuring realism and alignment with the desired visual style.
- Seamlessly integrate 3D elements into final shots by collaborating with other artists and departments.
- Adapt to various project requirements, delivering high-quality work while ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Analyse edit references and descriptions to accurately interpret visual requirements and storytelling objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to anticipate technical or creative needs affecting 3D elements.
- Verify technical parameters such as color space, frame rate, and resolution for consistency with project standards.
- Perform a holistic assessment of shots, including composition, lighting, texturing, and animation, to ensure visual coherence and narrative impact.
- Execute roto work and tracking to align CG elements with live-action footage accurately.
- Integrate 3D elements into live-action shots, adjusting shading, textures, and lighting for realism.
- Create and animate 3D FX elements such as explosions and fire, optimizing them for rendering and seamless integration.
- Perform 3D layer compositing, blending multiple layers to create a cohesive visual narrative.
- Ensure shots align with references, maintaining consistency in framing, timing, and composition.
- Verify frame range, motion blur, and exposure settings for optimal visual quality.
- Maintain organized folder structures and align workflows with project protocols for smooth asset management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to create and animate motion graphics in After Effects.
- Advanced proficiency in animation and integration of FX elements.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills for team coordination.
- Expertise in compositing, roto work, tracking, and crowd simulation.
