Job Opening: HR Coordinator
Location: Montreal, QC, Canada

Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process Support:
- Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed from day one.
- Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding journey, including preparing welcome kits and schedule, requesting the setup of necessary tools and accounts, and introducing new hires to the team.
- Schedule orientation sessions, ensuring new employees understand the company culture, benefits, and resources available to them.
Employee Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Ensure all necessary paperwork for new employees is completed and filed, including tax forms, contracts, and benefit enrollments.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring they’re always up-to-date and accessible.
- Help organize and manage the flow of HR documents and mandatory training for new hires, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with managing employee leave records, attendance, and other HR-related administrative duties.
- Help with organizing HR files and documentation, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee administrative requests, such as creating employment letters.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with HR and management teams to support departmental goals and initiatives.
- Assist in handling internal communications, ensuring that updates and announcements are clearly communicated to all employees.
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives such as performance reviews, training sessions, and employee development programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating an organized workplace.
- Familiarity with HR policies, practices, and legal regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while managing several tasks at once.
- Friendly, approachable, and always willing to help out the team.
- Eager to contribute to the company culture and make sure employees feel welcome and valued.
