Job Opening: Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Resourcing at all levels, recruiting appropriately skilled staff for various full-time and freelance roles.
- Act as the first interviewer for all candidates, sourcing, shortlisting, and recommending candidates for second-stage interviews with Line Managers.
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage offers for both studio sustain and launch project candidates, collaborating closely with HR to coordinate contracts, visas, and start dates.
- Write compelling job advertisements and determine the most effective platforms for ad placement.
- Continuously identify new and creative sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of potential talent, especially freelancers.
- Manage and optimize external agency relationships for volume and project hiring.
- Oversee database management for candidates and agencies, ensuring data integrity in systems such as Greenhouse.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and staff at all levels of the business.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Hogarth California, enhancing the company’s employer brand in the market.
- Provide strategic ideas and initiatives for recruitment efforts, including:
- Employer branding to attract top talent.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to ensure a diverse pipeline.
- Market analysis & benchmarking to stay competitive in hiring strategies.
- Training hiring teams on best recruitment practices and candidate experience.
- Hiring across multiple geographies, understanding different markets and their recruitment dynamics.
- Continuous improvement of recruitment processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting for digital and content production roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven ability to manage 10-15 roles simultaneously while ensuring efficiency and quality of hire.
- An organized and structured approach to recording all recruitment stages, ensuring data accuracy and transparency for hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates at various levels, with expertise in competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and proficiency in database management.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills—the ability to pull recruitment reports, track KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline metrics), and provide data-driven recommendations to hiring teams.
- Ability to act as a strategic talent partner by advising hiring managers, improving recruitment processes, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
- Experience with employer branding, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives, market analysis & benchmarking, and training hiring teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—ability to build trusted relationships at all levels and act with integrity.
- Adept at working across multiple geographies, understanding different talent markets and cultural nuances in hiring.
- Strong ability to adapt to change, work through ambiguous situations, and manage shifting priorities with resilience.
