Job Opening: IT Technician (with disability)
Location: Madrid, Spain
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Resolve incidents that employees experience on a daily basis, from the most basic to the most complicated machines related to software, hardware and network infrastructure.
- Register and deregister users on all internal servers.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software, ensuring you have the appropriate licenses.
- Perform the platforming of new equipment according to the studio policy.
- Provide training and support to employees on the use of hardware and software.
- Make backups whenever necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- We are looking for a profile with a disability certificate of at least 33% or permanent work disability.
- Have professional training in computer science.
- Previous experience of at least 1 year performing the functions described above. It will be a plus if you have previous experience in the sector.
- High attention to detail and ability to solve technical problems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Possibility of working in Spain.
