Job Opening: Concept Artist

Responsibilities:
- Illustration & Concept Art: Create compelling keyframes, character designs, and immersive environments that truly define the project’s creative vision.
- Storyboarding: Develop mood boards and visual references to guide the project’s artistic direction.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with directors, designers, and fellow artists to transform ideas into bold visual concepts.
- Research-Driven Design: Dive into historical, cultural, and stylistic research to infuse authenticity and depth into your creations.
- Deliver Excellence: Balance creativity and deadlines, delivering high-quality artwork on time and on point.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate input from supervisors and directors to enhance the quality of the creative work.
- Previsualization Support: Contribute to the environment and shoot setup tasks as needed to support the pre-visualization process.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mid-Senior Level Experience: 4+ years of feature/episodic experience or equivalent/relevant experience.
- Strong Artistic Vision: Exceptional sense of composition, visual storytelling, and narrative cohesion.
- Technical Proficiency: Masterfully use design and illustrator software. Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills and ability to leverage additional tools such as Illustrator, Krita, and 3D programs to bring ideas to life.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Open to direction, capable of working collaboratively, and adept at incorporating feedback effectively.
- Clear Communication: Proficient in English, with strong skills in articulating ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
- Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning and experimenting with new tools and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
