Responsibilities:
- Engage & Inspire: Plan events that leave everyone saying, “Best. Office. Ever.” (You will end up being our SPOC for GPTW certification)
- Communicate Effectively: Keep employees informed without sounding like a corporate robot.
- Help Recruit Top Talent: Spot Rockstars faster than they can hit “Apply”. 40% of your job on some days.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4+ years in HR with expertise in facilitating engagement programs that employees talk about for weeks—and even dream about! (think festival crowd management & bonus points if you’ve managed a crowd bigger than a wedding guest list)
- More bonus points if you are from a Creative, Post Production, or M&E company.
- Insane level of bonus points if you are also a skilled NINJA 🥋 recruiter who can find top talent even when they’re in “ghosting” mode.
