Job Opening: Line Producer
Location: Los Angeles, CA, US
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Own the production of new IP projects and provide ongoing support for existing digital projects within The Digital Studio
- Develop, lead, and track production budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization
- Maintain detailed production schedules to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones
- Oversee the archiving and delivery of all digital projects
- Hire and onboard crew members, ensuring compliance with company policies and production requirements
- Work with production accounting on payroll for crew, talent, and vendors, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Handle invoicing, vendor bookings, and contract management
- Collaborate with the Talent Team to support talent needs throughout the production
- Book voice-over (VO) talent and handle all associated scheduling and logistics
- Oversee contract negotiations, title clearances, and reuse agreements
- Ensure all legal requirements are met and maintain organized records of contracts and other legal documents
- Archive project documents and maintain detailed records for future reference and compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in a production-related role
- Proven track record in budgeting, project management, production operations, and scheduling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
