Job Opening: Production Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of animation projects.
- Maintain and manage production schedules, tracking progress and addressing potential bottlenecks.
- Facilitate communication between creative teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Organize team meetings, prepare reports, and update production trackers.
- Ensure quality control by monitoring deliverables and adhering to deadlines.
- Assist in resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of team members and assets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Production Coordinator in the animation industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for animation and storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Animation, Media, Project Management).
