Job Opening: Lead Game Systems Engineer
Location: Fully Remote – UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of Gameplay Systems Engineers;
- Engineer and Build Systems and Solutions that meet and exceed our gameplay design requirements and expectations;
- Cross-department Collaboration and Communication;
- Proactively identify and solve problems in the code that affect performance, stability, and maintainability;
- Communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with other members of the engineering team using Slack, code reviews, video calls etc
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience using Unreal Engine;
- Previous Leadership experience;
- Experience working on a AAA game title;
- 5+ years of experience as part of a multidisciplinary game team;
- Engineering background and mindset;
- Strong preference for Multiplayer Game Experience
