Job Opening: HR Specialist
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: from creating job ads and actively searching for talent to conducting mainly online interviews and delivering final offers.
- Talent Database: Maintain and expand our database of top artists, building long-term relationships.
- You will take care of recruiting artists for our projects, primarily using our database, but also actively searching for new talents in the creative world.
- Occasionally, you will also be looking for people in production or back office.
- You will ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, so everything runs smoothly and on time.
- Creating and maintaining good relationships in the post-production world is key.
- You will have an overview of the allocation of our artists to projects and will move them between teams as needed to ensure all projects run smoothly.
- Active communication with individual teams and studios, so we can respond as effectively as possible to their needs and offer them the right support.

Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, ideally with recruitment and onboarding in a creative environment.
- Fluent English.
- Enthusiasm for working in our studio.
- Active approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time, set priorities, and optimize processes.
