Job Opening: Production Coordinator
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Communicate on a daily basis with the Producer, Line Producer, and Supervisors regarding the progress of production
- Track and update project data and information on a daily basis using the tools provided for this purpose (Shotgrid, Google Docs, Excel, etc.)
- Update the progress status of the shots and ensure that the assignment of tasks to the artists is completed by the department managers for the project
- Organize dailies (daily sessions to review the visual progress of the project, department by department) and rounds for the respective department. Ensure Supervisors are ready and available for these sessions
- Ensure that each department has a clear understanding of the day-to-day objectives of the work to be delivered and inform the project management team of any issues.
- Liaise between the project production team, the artistic and technical departments, and the project Supervisors, facilitating information sharing and rapid feedback between these players
- Follow up and monitor progress against problems encountered and prepare related reports
Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CG animation or a related field.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Excel and management systems
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback effectively.
