Job Opening: Production Coordinator – Software Development

Type: Full-Time/Freelance
Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Producer in the planning, execution, and monitoring of production schedules and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and producers, across different time zones to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support project management and development processes.
- Manage tasks and workflows using tools such as Figma, Jira, ClickUp, or similar.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation and reports as well as taking & circulating meeting notes.
- Contribute to design and software development projects, ensuring adherence to UX principles and best practices.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work shifted hours, as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a production or project support role within a creative or software development environment is required.
- Experience with project management methodologies; familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred.
- Proven experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Figma, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working with a global team, understanding the challenges and benefits of cross-time zone collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Experience within the automotive industry preferred.
- Experience using MS Office and Google Suite is required.
