Job Opening: Junior UX Designer
Location: Leeds, United Kingdom
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Support the design team in maintaining consistency and quality across all projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- A portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
