Job Opening: Graphics Technician
Location: Dallas, Texas, US
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Quality control of graphics hardware in-house
- Build / assembly of computers, racked systems, packages
- Installation of software and configuration of systems
- Assist clients with tech support in person or over the phone when required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Understanding of computer operating systems
- Understanding of a computer’s physical assembly.
- General networking knowledge preferred
- Ability to solve unusual or unexpected problems
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of real-time GFX platforms is a plus.
