Job Opening: Runners Vacancy
Location: Mortimer Street, London, UK
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Providing first-class customer service and hospitality to clients within the facility.
- To ensure client and communal areas remain clean, tidy, and well stocked.
- To cover reception when necessary.
- Basic administration duties.
- To ensure any media is received and moved efficiently when required.
- Checking and signing off on deliveries and orders.
- Assisting with the smooth running and overall presentation of our facilities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience of working within a hospitality or client services environment.
- Experience in liaising directly with clients.
- Able to self-manage your workload and perform calmly in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- An excellent team player who can also work independently when necessary.
Desirable but not essential:
- An undergraduate degree in Television, Media Production, VFX, or another relevant field.
- Knowledge of relevant software such as Avid, Adobe CS, Nuke, or Maya.
