Job Opening: Production Coordinator
Location: Paris, France
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Management and monitoring of the current IT service provider
- Management and monitoring of machine inventory and licenses
- Reception of requests from Studios and their monitoring, in particular the correct resolution
- First-level incident resolution
- Reporting to productions for follow-ups
- Update of the documentation of the procedure
- Management of arrivals and departures: Allocation of material resources, placement, etc.
- Setting up and monitoring new arrivals:
- List of screen machines -> Inventory and machine park management
- Pre-arrival verification of the proper functioning of workstations and requests if necessary R&D, IT, etc.
- Longitudinal supervision of studio inventory + stock alerts linked to production planning
- Receipt of new equipment and provision to the service provider for deployment
- R&D – IT – Production and Studio Management Liaison
- Close monitoring of all prod studio planning with Production
