Job Opening: 3D Generalist

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of the VFX pipeline, which includes creating content from concept to final polished result.
- Using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.
- Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
- Reviewing 3D arts and recommending improvements for the team.
- Creating 3D sculpts and assets to meet artistic standards.
- Create high-quality, performant visuals.
- Working closely with the other lead artists to establish the technical needs and demands of the pipeline stages.
- Work closely and proactively with Tech to drive the implementation and development of render solutions, appropriate software upgrades, appropriate licensing, the transition to Windows environment testing, remote working, global working, and cloud-based solutions.
