Job Opening: Creative Director
Location: Los Angeles | Burlingame, CA, US
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy and creative direction of consumer facing Meta Quest
- Further develop the Meta Quest brand
- Manage the development of creative executions across all channels that strongly resonate with the local market while maintaining consistency for the brand
- Partner with creative agencies as well as roll up sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch-points
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align business efforts. Cross-functional teams include: Marketing, comms planning, organic social and influencer, media
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience as a Creative Director, building global consumer brands
- People management experience coaching and developing team members
- Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environment
- Experience working with data & insights
- Creative Direction experience across the full palette of creative expression: TV, digital, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media
- Communication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal leadership and manage their expectations
- Experience in art direction and design – pushing craft, exploring new ways of creating visuals, and making beautiful things come to life
- Experience working on and interest in gaming and music projects
- Experience pursuing emerging technologies
- Future-first mindset, and experience creating in new platforms. This may include but is not limited to augmented, virtual, or mixed reality, gaming, Web3, AI, NFTs, or avatars
- Experience creating work on behalf of technology clients
